| Dear sir/madam,<BR> <BR> This to inform you that as per regulation 15(2) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the compliance with the corporate governance provisions as specified in the regulations 17, 17A, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 24A, 25, 26, 27 and clauses (b) to (i) and (t) of sub-regulation (2) of regulation 46 and para C, D, and E of the Schedule V shall not apply, in respect of -<BR> The Listed entity having paid up equity share capital not exceeding rupees ten crore and net worth not exceeding rupees twenty five crore, as on the last date of the previous financial year.<BR> <BR> Please find attached Net-worth Certificate from CA certifying the paid up equity share capital of the company which is Rs. 4,84,61,300/- and the net worth of the company is Rs. 5,70,15,000/- as on 31st March, 2021, Accordingly, the company is not required to submit the Corporate Governance Report as required under regulation 27(2) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. <BR> <BR> You are requested to take note of the same | |
