| NRB INDUSTRIAL BEARINGS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 29/10/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulations 29 and 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, 29th October, 2021, through Audio-Visual means, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2021. <BR> <BR> Further, pursuant to our letter dated 30th September, 2021 to the Exchanges, the 'Trading Window' in term of Company''s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, was closed with effect from 01st October, 2021 until the 48 hours after the declaration of financial results by the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2021. <BR> <BR> You are requested to take the same on record.<BR> | |
