In accordance with reference to the circulars issued by BSE vide Circular no. LIST/CAMP /01/2019-20 and NSE vide Circular no. NSE/CML/2019/11 dated April 2, 2019 and in complying with the aforesaid circulars and pursuant to SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 and in terms of Company''s Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons, we wish to inform you that, the Trading window for dealing in securities/ shares of the Company will remain closed for all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives of the Company with immediate effect i. e. from January 01, 2022 until 48 hours after the announcement of the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31,2021.The Board meeting for approving the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended December 31,2021 will be held on or before February 12,2022.
