The Board of Directors of the Company, at their meeting held today i.e. January 31, 2023, have, inter alia, approved the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2022, subjected to limited review by the Statutory Auditors. we enclose herewith the following:<BR> 1. The Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2023.<BR> 2. Unmodified Limited Review Report issued by Statutory Auditors of the Company, i.e. M/s S K Patodia & Associates, Chartered Accountants, on the said Un-audited Financial Results.<BR> In the said Board meeting, Mr. Sachin Sundaram Pillai (DIN: 06400793) has been appointed as an Additional Director (Non Executive - Non Independent Director) on the Board of the Company. <BR> Please take the above on record. <BR>
