| This is to inform you that the Board of Directors, at their meeting held today i.e., January 31, 2023, have approved the appointment of Mr. Sachin Sundaram Pillai (DIN: 06400793) as the Non-Executive - Non-Independent (Additional Director) on the Board of the Company with effect from January 31, 2023, subject to the approval of Shareholders in terms of Regulation 17(1C) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Brief profile of Mr. Sachin Sundaram Pillai, as per SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015, and other details under Regulation 7(1)(b) read with Regulation 6(2) of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, are enclosed herewith as Annexure - I and Annexure - II respectively.
