CLB & Associates, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No.: 124305W) have resigned as the Statutory Auditors of the company with effect from September 29, 2021.<BR> <BR> The copy of the resignation letter dated September 29, 2021 with Annexure as received from M/s. CLB & Associates is attached herewith.<BR> <BR> Further, please be informed that M/s.
