This is to inform you that in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended up to date read with Company''s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall be closed with immediate effect for the Designated/Connected Persons with effect from 01st January, 2023 till the end of 48 hours after declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2022. All the Directors, KMP''s, Designated Employees, connected persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to deal in the shares of the Company either directly or indirectly during the aforesaid period. The date of Board Meeting for consideration and declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2022 be intimated to you separately.
