In compliance with the Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, it is informed that Board of Directors of the Company at the meeting held today appointed Shri Anuarg Sharma (DIN: 08050719), Director (Onshore) and Director (Finance) [Addl. Charge] as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company. The term of Shri Anurag Sharma as CFO shall be co-terminous with his Additional charge of Director (Finance).
