This is to inform you that in the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company which was held on 12th November, 2020, it is hereby informed that the Board of Directors at their meeting have approved the Appointment of Mrs. S. Jarina (DIN No.00269434) as Additional Director and Woman Director of the Company with effect from 12th November 2020.<BR> The above material information was already informed to the Bombay Stock Exchange in the outcome of board meeting held on 12th November 2020, vide our letter No.OCL/BSE/2020-21/78, dated 12th November, 2020. <BR> Therefore pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30(2) of SEB1 (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 (Regulations), the Company hereby disclose the material event as provided in the Schedule III of Listing Regulations.Reason for Change<BR> Appointment of Mrs. S.
