| Regulation 19(1)/19(2) - Non-compliance with the constitution of nomination and remuneration committee: In this regard we wish to inform that in our Board Meeting held on 31st July, 2020 Mr.N. Mohamed Faizal (DIN:00269448), Managing Director of the company was included as an additional member in the place of Mr.S.Amuthakumar(DIN:03139309) with effect from 31st July, 2020 and fulfilled and complied the conditions of 3 members for Nomination and Remuneration Committee. <BR> <BR> Regulation 20(2)(2A) - Non-compliance with the constitution of Stakeholders Relationship Commitee: In this regard we wish to inform that in our Board Meeting held on 31st July, 2020 Mr.N.
