The Board of Directors, subject to approval of shareholders, has reappointed Mr. Jatender Kumar Mehta, as Managing Director of the Company for a further term of 5 years w.e.f. 1st January, 2021.<BR> 2. The Board of Directors, subject to approval of shareholders, has approved re-designation of Mr. Devashish Mehta, from Joint Managing Director to Managing Director till the current term as Joint Managing Director expires; other terms and conditions of his appointment as Joint Managing Director remain unchanged.
