We hereby inform that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the company will remain closed from Thursday, 24th December, 2020 to Wednesday, 30th December, 2020 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual general Meeting of the Company to be held on 30th December, 2020 for the financial year ended on 31st March, 2020.<BR> <BR> In continuation of same, we would like to inform that 23rd December, 2020 will be the cut-off date for the purpose of offering e-voting facility to the members in respect of business to be transacted at the ensuing Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on 30th December, 2020. <BR> <BR> You are requested to please take note of same and arrange to inform the members of exchange and public at large accordingly.<BR> <BR>
