In continuation to our press release dated 22nd November, 2021 regarding the above cited subject, we write to inform you that the Company has lodged a Police Complaint with Shrinagar Police Station, Thane, Maharashtra on 23rd November, 2021 to look into the matter and initiate appropriate investigation and take legal action in the matter of circulation of unsolicited messages with regard to the securities of the Company. Copy of the complaint filed with the said Police Station is attached herewith.<BR> <BR> Further, the Company has published a Public Notice in the Business Standard (English Edition) and Lakshadeep (Marathi Edition) today i.e. on 25th November, 2021. Copy of the newspaper clippings is attached herewith.<BR>
