29th March, 2022 Respected Sir/Madam, Sub: Closure of Trading Window In compliance of the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (PIT Regulations) and the Company's 'Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading in securities by Designated Persons', the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all the Designated Persons, shall remain closed from 1st April, 2022 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Annual Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2022. The date of Board Meeting to approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended on 31st March, 2022 shall be intimated separately in due course.
