In compliance of the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (PIT Regulations) and the Company's 'Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading in securities by Designated Persons', the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company by all the Designated Persons, shall remain closed throughout from 1st July, 2022 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2022. The date of Board Meeting to approve the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2022 shall be intimated separately in due course.
