Dear Sir(s),<BR> Upon the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors in its meeting held today i.e. February 11, 2021, has appointed Ms. Ritu Goyal (DIN: 05180676) as an Additional Director and as an Independent Director of the Company for a period of 5 (five) years with effect from 1st April, 2021, subject to the approval of Shareholders at the forthcoming general meeting of the Company.
