We wish to inform you that the Members of the Company through the Postal Ballot resolution dated May 17, 2023, inter alia, approved the change in the name of the Company from 'ORIENT ABRASIVES LIMITED' to 'ORIENT CERATECH LIMITED'. The Company then made an application for the change of name to the Registrar of Companies (ROC), Mumbai and the ROC has approved the application and granted a new Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to the change of name to 'Orient Ceratech Limited' dated May 26, 2023. We enclose herewith the revised 'Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to change of name' issued by the ROC confirming the aforesaid. Kindly take the same on your records.
