As per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended and clarification issued by BSE Ltd. vide Circular no. LIST/COMP 01/2019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019 read with Company's Code of conduct, in any case, the trading restriction period for dealing in securities of the Company is required to commence not later than end of every quarter till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results.<BR> <BR> Thus, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed from 1st July, 2020(Wednesday) till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2020.<BR> <BR> The date of the Board meeting of the Company for declaration of financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2020 will be intimated in due course.<BR> <BR> This is for your kind information and records.
