Dear Sir(s),<BR> <BR> Pursuant to the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons in Securities of Orient Cement Limited, framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons (including their Immediate Relative(s) and any other person for whom they take trading decisions) from September 30, 2021 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2021.<BR>
