| This is to inform you that the 86th Annual General Meeting of the Company was held on Wednesday, 10th August, 2022, commenced at 11:00 AM and concluded at 11:44 AM, through Video Conferencing/ Other Audit Visual Means, and the business mentioned in the Notice dated 12th July, 2022 were transacted and passed with requisite majority. In this regard, we are enclosing herewith the following reports: (i) Summary of the proceedings of the 86th Annual General Meeting, as required under Regulation 30, Part A of Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), as Annexure A; (ii) Voting Results as required under Regulation 44 of the Listing Regulations as Annexure B; (iii) Scrutinizer's Report pursuant to Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013, as Annexure C.
