We wish to inform you that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 and in accordance with the Company''s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring, and Reporting of Trading by insider, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed on and from 1* October, 2020 till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2020.<BR> <BR> It is requested to the Designated persons and their immediate relatives to ensure compliance with Securities and Exchange Board of lndia (Prohibition of lnsider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (including amendments thereto) and shall not to trade or deal otherwise in the Company''s securities during the above period of trading window closure.<BR> <BR> Further the date of the Board Meeting for considering the said financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2020 shall be intimated in due course. <BR> <BR> <BR>
