ORIENTAL CARBON & CHEMICALS LTD.-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 06/02/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months period ended December 31, 2023. Further, pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company''s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window has been closed for the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives with effect from January 01, 2024 and will be reopened after expiry of 48 hours of submitting the above referred Financial Results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges on February 02, 2024.
