Dear Sir/Madam, <BR> <BR> Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended and clarification given by BSE Limited Vide Circular No: LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019 and clarifications given by NSE Limited Vide Circular No: NSE/CML/2019/11 dated 2nd April, 2019 and pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for Directors, Promoters, Designated Employees and Connected Persons with immediate effect i.e. from 1st January, 2021 till 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December, 2020.<BR>
