This is to bring to your kind attention that in terms of Company's Code of Conduct under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the closure of trading window for the purpose of trading of shares the Company has already been in operation w.e.f. 01.01.2023 and shall reopen after 48 hours of the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended on 31.12.2022 i.e. the trading window shall remain closed till 12.02.2023. Please note that the trading winnow shall reopen on 13.02.2023.
