| Sir,<BR> Pursuant to compliance of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 the proceedings of the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 16th December, 2020 are given.<BR> The following resolutions were approved in the 102nd Annual general Meeting:-<BR> 1. Adoption of the audited financial statements of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2020, <BR> 2. Fixation of remuneration of M/s Nandy Halder & Ganguli (firm registration number: CA0136 ) appointed by CAG as the Statutory Auditors of the Company, for the financial year 2020-2021 under provision of Section 142 of the Companies Act, 2013.<BR> 3. Appointment of Shri D. K. Mohanty (DIN- 08520947) as Director of the Company.<BR> 4. Appointment of Shri Sohanlal Kadel (DIN- 01556858) as Independent Director of the Company.<BR> 5.
