This is to Inform you that the "Trading Window" for trading in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Resolution Professional, all Directors, Key Managerial Persons, Designated Persons and Connected Persons of the Company with effect from 1st January, 2021 till the expiry of 48 hours from the declaration of the Unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2020. The date of Meeting of the Resolution Professional of the Company for review and approval of the Financial Results for the quarter ending 31st December 2020 will be intimated In due course.<BR> <BR> This may kindly be taken on record.<BR>
