| Oswal Greentech Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 06/11/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 read with Regulation 33 and 47 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, November 6, 2020 inter alia to consider and approve the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2020.<BR> Further in continuation of letter dated September 30, 2020 regarding closure of trading window for dealing in shares of the Company, we hereby inform you that pursuant to<BR> Company''s Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company shall continue to remain closed till November 8, 2020 (inclusive), for all the Designated Persons of the Company (including their immediate relatives). | |
