Pursuant to regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, we wish to inform that Ms. Nikita Kanhiyalal Pediwal, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer (KMP) of the Company has tendered her resignation from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (KMP) of the Company vide her letter dated 24th December, 2024, to pursue better career opportunities outside organization and she will be relieved from her services from the Company with effect from 01st January, 2025.
