In terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III Part A Para A (7) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, pursuant to the recommendation of Nomination & Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on today, February 28, 2025, has appointed Ms. Megha Vimal Doshi (Membership No.: A63408) as Company Secretary, Compliance Officer & Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company with effect from 01st March, 2025.
Ms. Megha Vimal Doshi will discharge the duties in terms of SEBI Regulations & Companies Act, 2013, as applicable.
