| We wish to inform that, pursuant to the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors of Padam Cotton Yarns Limited ("the Company") in their 28th Annual General Meeting held on Friday, 9th September, 2022, has considered and approved the appointment of M/s. Viney Goel & Associates, Chartered Accountants, (FRN: 012188N) as Statutory Auditors of the Company, for a term of 5 years from 1st April, 2022 to 31st March, 2027 and they shall hold office from the conclusion of this 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM) until the conclusion of the 33rd Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held 2027. Disclosures required pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI Listing Regulations and SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 09th September, 2015 is enclosed as Annexure-I.
