We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of Padam Cotton Yarns Limited at their meeting held on Saturday, 13th February, 2021, inter alia, approved the following: <BR> <BR> Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations") read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the said Regulations, we hereby inform that Mr. Harbhajan Singh (DIN: 00530523) who was re-appointed as Independent Director of the Company for a period of five years commencing from 30th September, 2019 to 29th September, 2024 has conveyed to the Board that due to personal reasons, he would be unable to continue as Director on the Board of the Company post completion of his term as Independent Director with effect from February 12, 2021.<BR> <BR> Hence, Mr. Harbhajan Singh shall cease to be an Independent Director of the Company from February 12, 2021.
