Approve and take on record the Audited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial Year ended on 31st March, 2023; b. Recommend Dividend, if any. c. Consider and approve Redemption of unlisted 8.50% Non-Convertible Cumulative Reedeemable Preference Shares of Rs. 10/- each.
