This is to inform you that meeting of the Board of Directors of Panabyte Technologies Limited was held today i.e. Thursday, 13th November, 2025 whereby the Board has inter alia considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results for the half year and quarter ended 30th September, 2025. Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33 of SEBl (LODR) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations"), following is the outcome of the Board meeting whereby the Board has; 1. Considered and approved Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the half year and quarter ended 30th September, 2025. 2. Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors of the Company on Unaudited Financial Results for the half year and quarter ended 30th September, 2025.
