We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at their meeting held today i.e. March 22, 2023 approved the appointment of Mr. Sraban Kumar Karan as the Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company effective from March 22, 2023. Resignation of Ms. Susheela Maheshwari from the position of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company is decided to be effective from close of business hours of March 31, 2023 instead of April 22, 2023 as informed earlier vide letter dated February 07, 2023.
