Panyam Cements & Mineral Industries Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/03/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve NOTICE is hereby given that Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Saturday, the 14h day of March, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th September, 2025 and other matters.
Further, the Company has intimated to its designated persons, their immediate relatives and insiders of the Company regarding the Closure of the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company from 01st October, 2025, till expiry of 48 hours from the declaration of the financial results of the Company for the Second quarter ended 30th September, 2025.
