| Parle Industries Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 25/05/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Dear Sir, Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company for the Financial Year 2022-23 is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 25th May, 2022 at 4.30 p.m. at the Registered office of the Company. The Board shall, inter alia, consider and approve the followings: - 1. Audited Financial Results of the Company along with Auditors Report for the Fourth Quarter and Year ended 31st March, 2022 pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015. 2. To recommend dividend, if any, for the financial year 2021-22. 3. To appoint Internal Auditor of the Company for the financial year 2022-23. 4. To appoint Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the financial year 2021-22 5. Any other matter with the permission of the Chair. | |
