This is to inform you that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended, read with the clarification given by BSE Ltd. vide its circular dated 2nd April, 2019 and the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders (the 'Code'), the "Trading Window'' for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all ''Designated Persons/promoters/directors/KMPs/Insiders etc.' covered under the Code and their immediate relatives, with effect from Friday, the 1st January, 2021 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2020.<BR> <BR> The date of the Board Meeting for the consideration of Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2020 shall be intimated separately.<BR>
