Pursuant to the Code of Conduct of the Company for Insider Trading and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended and in continuation of our letter dated 30th June, 2021 to your Stock Exchange, the Trading Window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company is already under closure from 1st July, 2021 and shall remain closed upto 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2021, i.e. upto 12th August, 2021 for Directors including Employees, Promoter and Promoter Group, Statutory Auditors and all connected persons and their relatives as per the Insider Trading Code of the Company.
