Pursuant to Regulation 42 of Securities Exchange board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosures requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Thursday, 23rd September, 2021 to Wednesday, September 29, 2021 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on Wednesday, September 29, 2021.<BR> We would further like to inform that the company has fixed Wednesday September 22, 2021 as the cut-off date for the purpose of remote-e voting, for ascertaining the names of the shareholders holding shares either in physical or in dematerialized form, who will be entitled to cast their votes electronically in respect of business to be transacted at 32nd Annual General Meeting of the company scheduled to be held on Wednesday, September 29, 2021.<BR> You are requested to take the same on your record<BR>
