| Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that the Company has received a letter from its statutory auditors, M/s. Maloo Bhatt & Co. inter alia tendering their resignation w.e.f. 14th September, 2022 (after of closure of business hours) due to integration of their firm with M/s. Haribhakti & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration Number: 103523W/W100048). Based on the recommendation of Audit Committee, the Board of Directors has approved the appointment of M/s. Haribhakti & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants having Firm Registration No. 103523W/W100048 as the Statutory Auditor of the Company, subject to the approval of the shareholders by way of an Ordinary Resolution to be passed through Postal Ballot. A copy of the Postal Ballot Notice will be submitted vide a separate communication in due course. We request you to kindly take the same on record. | |
