| With reference to the captioned matter, this is to inform the exchange that based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Mrs. Roopaben Bharatbhai Patel (DIN: 00090105) as an Independent Director of the Company for a period of 5 (five) consecutive years w.e.f. 15th September, 2022, subject to approval of the members by way of a Special Resolution to be passed through Postal Ballot. A copy of the Postal Ballot Notice will be submitted vide a separate communication in due course. We hereby declare that Mrs. Roopa Patel is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority. The detailed disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30(2) of the SEBI Listing Regulations is enclosed herewith as Annexure - A. We request you to kindly take the same on record. | |
