This is to inform you that pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, and the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders ('Code of Conduct'), the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from Friday, July 01, 2022 till the expiry of 48 (forty eight) hours after announcement of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ending on June 30, 2022. Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are prohibited to enter into any transactions involving dealing/trading in securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window. The date of meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ending on June 30, 2022 will be informed in due course.
