PB Fintech Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/08/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, August 10, 2022 to consider and approve, inter-alia, the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2022 along with the limited review reports of the Auditors thereon. Further, in compliance of the Regulation 46 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015 ('LODR'), notice of the aforesaid Meeting is also being uploaded on the website of the Company at www.pbfintech.in. In furtherance to our earlier intimation dated June 27, 2022, we wish to inform you that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company has already been closed from July 01, 2022 and shall re-open Forty-Eight (48) hours after the declaration of Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended June 30, 2022.
