Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, and the Company's code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders and designated persons, we would like to inform that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all insiders including designated persons and their immediate relatives from 1st October, 2022 till 48 hours after declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2022. The date of the Board Meeting for approval and declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2022, will be informed separately in due course.
