Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III and Regulation 34(1) of the Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, please find enclosed Annual Report of the Pearl Green Clubs And Resorts Limited (the ''Company'') for the financial year 2021-22 along with the Notice of the 04th Annual General Meeting for the Financial year 2021-22. Pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Book of the company will remain close from Saturday, 24th September, 2022 to Friday, 30th September, 2022 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 04th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on 30th September, 2022.
