Pursuant to regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the securities allotment committee at their meeting held today i.e, 26th August, 2023 has approved allotment of 3,46,800 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each. Consequent to above mentioned allotment, the issued, subscribed and paid-up equity share capital of the company stands increased to 24812000.
