Pursuant to applicable regulations of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find the following: Appointment of Auditors: M/s. Nikhil Goel & Associates, Chartered Accountants has been appointed as Statutory Auditors of the Company for a period of 5 (Five) years i.e. from the conclusion of 51st Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of 56th Annual General Meeting, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
