Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended, the Company''s code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading of Securities of the Company read BSE''S circular no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 2nd, 2019 the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons of the Company with effect from Saturday, 1st October, 2022 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the half year ending on 30th September, 2022.
