Further to our letter dated 4th August 2022, and in compliance with the provisions of Regulation 31A of the SEBI(LODR) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the Company has received 2 more requests letters from Promoter/ Promoter Group of the company vide their letters dated 6th August 2022 and 7th August 2022(received by company on 8th August 2022) to Re- classify them from existing 'Promoters/Promoter Group Category' to 'Public Category' of the Company pursuant to Regulation 31A of the SEBI(LODR) Regulations, 2015.
