The Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and period ended June 30, 2022. Copy of the said Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results along with the Limited Review Report dated August 09, 2022 of the Statutory Auditors of the Company, S R B C & Co. LLP, is enclosed herewith; In furtherance to the intimation filed by the Company dated June 30, 2022; the trading window for trading in securities of the Company by insiders closed on July 01, 2022 will open on August 12, 2022.
